I haven't been to a convention in such a long fucking time. It was like sex on a stick, man. I had soooooooo much fun. And, added on to that, it's my birthday weekend! Hell yeahz, baby. I'm 20 now.

I took one hundred and twenty dollars to the convention. Blew it all except for one dollar. The rundown: 2 swords, random Japanese food and drink, delicious junk food, a Misa cell phone charm, and three pins (1 hell butterfly from Bleach, and two Death Note pins). That was fun blowing that money, but it wasn't the most fun I had at the convention. I saw a lot of old friends, hung out with them, talked, caught up. You know, a whole bunch of stuff. I felt kind of bad though--I hope Mello, Matt, and Near didn't take it to heart. I wasn't there for over half of the convention with them. I just wandered around with Matt's significant other and my older friends.

Speaking of Matt's significant other, I think we have grown closer. I mean, I liked him before. I think he's wonderful for Matt. Just perfect. But, I understand him a little more now that we had our adventure together. (This adventure shall not be written on here. XD It's not dirty or anything, just a real adventure...and a rave.) He's just really trust worthy and laid-back. It's nice now and again to have a friend like that. One that doesn't deal in drama.

I really missed MY significant other. I actually started having panic attacks the first night I was so far away from him. I didn't like it, but I managed to have freakin' blast up in Coralville. But, the experience just made me realize how much I care for him. He's amazingly wonderful. I'm really happy. Speaking of which, not only is it my birtday, it's our 4 year anniversary!

Well, that's all for an update. As for art, I'm waiting on a scanner. I've been coloring, drawing, working on dynamic poses and such. It's starting to get better. I'm kind of proud. Take care!
